By Hyonhee Shin SEOUL (Reuters) – Senior South Korean diplomats will hold talks with Chinese counterparts on Thursday following a diplomatic spat with Taiwan over its cancellation of a visit by a senior Taipei official for a business forum in Seoul last week.
