The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Friday, gaining NT$0.054 to close at NT$28.115.
Turnover totaled US$1.368 billion during the trading session.
The greenback opened at NT$28.110, and moved between NT$28.070 and NT$28.123 before the close.
