Mr. Karom Phonphonklang, Deputy Spokesperson of the Prime Minister’s Office, revealed that the Cabinet has resolved to approve the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) to borrow money domestically to finance investment in MEA’s new long-term plan, amounting to 6.
