The drug group “Serotonin” doctors believe is related to panic disorder. That causes the wakefulness cycle to decrease.

The amount of serotonin in food is very small compared to medicine. It’s like having to eat 10 bananas a day.

Anxiety about food may be related to panic attacks. It has become a promotion to be obsessed with health. This group of patients already has a tendency to go to

Therefore, panic patients are asked to live their lives normally. What you have to be careful of is Don’t be too hungry. Do not be too alert and IF (Intermittent Fasting) is not recommended, especially during panic attacks. But you should do whatever you want, mostly comfortably and relaxed.

(LEAD) Prosecution appeals court acquittal of Samsung chief Lee

Prosecutors on Thursday appealed a recent court acquittal of Samsung Electronics Co. Chairman Lee Jae-yong in a controversial Samsung affiliate merger case, sources said.

On Monday, the Seoul Central District Court delivered a not-guilty sentence for Lee, who was charged over alleged engagement in market irregularities over the course of the controversial merger of two Samsung affiliates, Cheil Industries Inc. and Samsung C and T Corp., in 2015.

In response, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors Office on Thursday filed an appeal against the ruling, claiming the merger was aimed at solidifying Lee’s managerial control of the firm at a lower cost, according to judicial sources.

The prosecution had demanded a five-year prison sentence for the chief of South Korea’s largest conglomerate.

The merger was seen as crucial to Lee’s succession as the heir of the family-controlled firm, as his father, Lee Kun-hee, had suffered a heart attack the previous year.

Lee is currently on an overseas business trip to insp
ect Samsung’s operations in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Following the appeal, business community members have raised concerns over the prolonged legal risk facing the top Samsung executive, especially at a time when big tech companies need to nimbly adapt to the emerging trends involving artificial intelligence and the restructuring of global supply chains.

Some observers have pointed out that the appellate case could last over a year, which could add constraints on business activities of Samsung for the time being.

Hong Ki-yong, a business professor at Incheon National University, said, “It is not favorable for both the nation and Samsung itself in the long term that the leader of the company, responsible for cutting-edge technologies that determine the country’s competitiveness, continues to bear significant legal risks.”

Footballer Hwang Ui-jo referred to prosecution on illegal filming charges

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency has referred footballer Hwang Ui-jo to the prosecution for further investigation and potential indictment on charges of illegally filming his sexual encounter with a woman, officials said Thursday.

The forward from the Turkish professional football club Alanyaspor has been accused of filming the woman during their sexual intercourse and inflicting secondary damage on her by publicly disclosing her personal details that could lead to her identity being revealed.

Officials said the police agency recently referred Hwang to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors Office without physical detention, along with his lawyer, surnamed Kim, who was accused of distributing a press release containing the victim’s personal information.

The case involving Hwang emerged in June last year when he filed a complaint against a person, who claimed to be his former girlfriend, for sharing intimate photos of the footballer with women on Instagram and blackmailing him.

In a following investiga
tion, police identified the photo sharer as the wife of Hwang’s older brother, and also booked Hwang for investigation on charges of illegally filming his sexual encounter with a victim.

In a statement issued later in November, Hwang insisted the video was made with her consent and revealed personal information about her, including that she is a celebrity who makes television appearances and is currently married.

Hwang’s sister-in-law is currently standing trial on charges of blackmailing him and sharing his private videos.

N. Korea scraps laws on inter-Korean economic cooperation

North Korea has abolished laws on inter-Korean economic cooperation, state media said Thursday, as tensions between the two Koreas have deepened after the North declared there is no point in seeking reunification with the South.

During a year-end party meeting, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un defined inter-Korean ties as relations between “two states hostile to each other” and vowed to “suppress” South Korea’s whole territory in the event of a contingency.

The decision on abolishing the law on inter-Korean economic cooperation, the law on the special zone for international tours of Mount Kumgang and regulations for its enforcement and agreements on inter-Korean economic cooperation was made at a plenary meeting of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) held Wednesday, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).

The move comes less than a month after the North decided to dismantle agencies handling inter-Korean affairs, such as the National Committee for the Peaceful Reunifica
tion of the Fatherland, an agency in charge of national economic cooperation, and an agency handling the Mount Kumgang tour project.

The law on inter-Korean economic cooperation, adopted in 2005, is considered a rudimentary framework for such cooperation, while the law on the special zone in Mount Kumgang, adopted in 2011, carries details on investments in the area by the South and overseas entities.

At the latest parliamentary meeting, the North also discussed the issue of approving a master plan for land development in the Munphyong area and the issue of recalling and electing judges of the Central Court, the KCNA said.

The SPA is the highest organ of power under the North’s constitution, but it rubber-stamps decisions by the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea.

Choe Ryong-hae, chairman of the Standing Committee of the SPA, presided over this week’s meeting.
