With the general election of members of the House of Representatives held on May 14, 2023, and according to section 121 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand The National Assembly must be called within fifteen days from the date of announcement of the results of the election of members of the House of Representatives. which is a general election which shall be regarded as the commencement date of the first annual general meeting

By virtue of Section 121, Section 122 and Section 175 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. therefore graciously to enact a royal decree convening a session of the National Assembly from July 3, 2023 onwards
