Vice President conveys Eid al-Adha greetings to Muslims

He added that Amin will symbolically hand over the sacrificial cow to the mosque after the prayer. Baidlowi said that Amin also offered 56 cows, weighing 800 kg on average, and ten goats to several Qurban (animal sacrifice) ritual organizers in the Greater Jakarta area. ll sacrificial animals offered by Amin have been deemed healthy by the Agriculture Ministry’s Agriculture Quarantine and Animal Health Agency, the spokesperson added. Furthermore, she highlighted data provided by Statistics Indonesia (BPS), which outlines that in the 20212022 academic year, Indonesia experienced an increase in cases involving damage to school facilities. Hence, she asked policy makers to pay close attention to the quality and maintenance of public facilities and infrastructures, including schools, in order to provide a sense of security and comfort to the next generation in their studies. The politician then expressed the hope that all related parties would correctly and transparently carry out development in the education sector, in accordance with the agreed planning. Such development is of the essence to support the country’s efforts to produce tough and high-quality human resources through the education sector, she said.
