Last November, Cindy Chao received the Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres insignia directly from the hands of France’s Minister of Culture Roselyne Bachelot. Cindy Chao has been appointed Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
