Regarding the urban land re-planning of Jianguo No. 2 Village and Fuxing New Village, the urban development office of the prefecture has handled the changes to the main plan (December 27, 110) and detailed plan (January 3, 111) of Chiayi City. Announcement released After the implementation, the Municipal Land Affairs Office cooperated with the municipal land re-planning plan and sent it to the Ministry of the Interior for official approval on January 6, 111. The proposed urban land re-planning plan is approved for processing.
Jianguo No. 2 Village and Fuxing New Village are located in the East District of Chiayi City, with a total of 290 land parcels and a total development area of about 8.8379 hectares. The Land Affairs Office of the Municipal Government stated that it will handle the announcement of urban land rezoning and invite land owners to hold a city land rezoning briefing in accordance with Article 16 of the Municipal Land Rezoning Implementation Measures, which is scheduled to be handled on February 17, 2011.
