As Nusasiri Public Company Limited (NUSA) informed that on January 18, 2024, it filed a complaint with the Civil Court requesting to revoke the contract in which NUSA is a shareholder of Wind Energy Holding Company Limited. (WEH) and shareholders of WEH is a shareholder of NUSA (Share Swap). If the court rules in accordance with NUSA’s request, it is expected that it will result in Thana Power Holding Company Limited (TNH) not being a shareholder of NUSA from the beginning. 10.13% of paid-up capital)

Reasons why NUSA filed the lawsuit with the court to request revocation of the said share swap which is contrary to the information NUSA previously informed through the Stock Exchange’s publishing system on April 12, 2022 that it did not find that the WEH shares that will be used as share swaps have any issues that will affect the ownership of WEH shares.

2. Voting rights including various rights As a shareholder of NUSA shareholders who receive shares in a share swap with WEH shares held by each shareholder. While the court has not yet given a decision on NUSA’s request, including the right to be a director of NUSA.
