Proposals on bringing subsidies to make ordinances/legislation and subsidy budget management. 1) People should be able to participate in the management of LAOs concretely and intensely in every process. 2) Local council members should be promoted and developed. and the public to have knowledge and understanding of their roles, duties and powers, laws, regulations and requirements; independence in performing duties. 4) There should be clear criteria for the operation of the local administrative authorities.
