Bangkok, Stock Exchange Ordered the delisting of POMPUI shares, giving an opportunity to trade on 12-20 February before leaving the stock market. and asks shareholders and investors to use caution in trading securities.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) notified and ordered the delisting of securities of Kwang Phaisan Food Products Public Company Limited (POMPUI) from being a listed security according to Section 9(6) (C) (D) and Section 9(15) of the Stock Exchange of Thailand’s regulations regarding the delisting of listed securities B.E. 2542 due to budget The company’s financials show that shareholders’ equity is less than zero. and the auditor did not express an opinion on the financial statements for the years 2004-2006.

Even though the company has taken steps to bring shareholders’ equity back to a value greater than zero and the auditor can express an opinion on the financial statements, But the company was unable to qualify to resume trading according to the criteria and within the specified peri
od.

Therefore, the SET will allow trading of POMPUI securities for 7 business days before the effective date of delisting. That is, between 12-20 February 2024 under the following criteria and conditions.

1. POMPUI securities are purchased with a Cash Balance account, that is, the buyer must pay the entire amount before purchasing the securities.

2. Post the NC sign throughout the period that securities trading is open to warn investors to use caution in securities trading.

3. Not specifying the highest and lowest trading prices (Ceiling and Floor) of POMPUI securities on the first day of trading (Feb. 12, 2024).

4. The SET will not include POMPUI shares in the calculation of the stock price index (SET Index), and when the said period expires (which is February 20, 2024), POMPUI securities will be delisted from being a listed security with effect. From 21 February 2024 onwards
